GP Wash Club requires a credit card be on file and is a monthly subscription membership. Your card will not be charged until you agree to these terms and conditions. By agreeing to the Terms and Conditions herein, you assent that your credit card will be billed each month, on the renewal date of your subscription until cancelled by you or terminated by us in accordance with these terms.
If a charge is declined for any reason, the member’s subscription will not be renewed until the payment issue is resolved.
GP Wash Club Members can cancel subscription at any time for any reason but will not receive a refund. Please stop by our location at 3130 Hwy 77, Panama City, 32405 or call 850-784-4433 to cancel.
Membership is good for one vehicle only. Membership may be transferred to another vehicle pending the approval of management based on the situation. For example, if a member sells a vehicle and purchases a new vehicle, management will allow transfer. Members may not transfer from one vehicle to another so as to share membership between vehicles as each vehicle requires an individual subscription. All transfers will be done manually in store by a Grease Pro team member. If members are found to be abusing membership in any way, Grease Pro reserves the right to refuse further membership.
Free-to-use vacuums, towels and tire shine is available following each wash only.
All sales are final, and no refunds will be issued. You may use your membership through the last day of the then current monthly billing cycle after cancelling.
Please allow 7 days prior to your monthly billing renewal date when cancelling to avoid being charged for your next month.
GP Wash Club Memberships may not be purchased with a gift card, cash, checks or GP Cash. Members will not receive GP Loyalty Rewards for the recurring monthly charge of wash club membership.
